Those of you signed up for classes with me in Montreal and St. Pete know by now that I have had to cancel.
I apologize. Truly.
If you look at my schedule, you will see that I have been working like a mad woman for a long time. I have kept up a similar pace for several years now.
It has caught up to me. It has caught up to my family. Right now I have to stay home and focus on what matters most. I will come back to Montreal and St. Pete, but I can never get time back with them. So we are hunkering down and weathering a storm. Prayers appreciated.
To all who are struggling with depression, I want you to know this.
Depression is a liar.
It lies to you and it isolates you. It tricks you into thinking you don't matter. But you do. Oh, how you do.
Hold on. You are needed. You are loved. There is help out there.
oh Dina!!! my prayers are coming your way.....hunker down, share, be....family is what matters most....
surrounding you all with love...diana & suzanne

As one who has faught with depression, you can win and be back better than when you went into the darkness. Your family is KEY and that's why Heavenly Father makes it very clear how important families are. I think it's such a good thing that you have pulled back and have been transparent with everyone. That shows the strength of character that is a base quality that resides inside of you. God bless you Dina, all will be made right, just move with prayer and faith.

There is no apologies needed: you and your family can not be replaced in any way. You are what matters the most, so if you need to cancel and be home do that.
Classes can always be rescheduled and even though I know some might be frustrated at first, they can understand.
Love to you and your men <3
