I had a supremely bad week last week, for no good reason. I am feeling better now...I did this page during the midst of it all. I spilled too much black gesso on my desk, and to use it up I coated a bunch of pages with it. I love the way paint looks over black gesso. It seems more intense! I cut the circles from a painted & inked scrap of Claudine's Sticky Back Canvas that I had in my collage box.

Well, I've decided there must be something in the air.... just been over to Kate's blog and she's out of sorts too! Anyhoo, glad you're feeling better :D Gotta say this page has got that wow factor - you just wouldn't think of using black - unless you were a little bit genius like you! x x x
