Yes it will. I am trying a gluten free and mostly dairy free diet with green smoothies for breakfast. It seems to be helping. Sadly there is no quick fix. Love your unique style of drawing.

Oh Dina, sorry to hear that. Your work is still amazing even though you may be tired. take care. xxx

Mary McVay

I know the feeling Dina. I'm in the same boat. Take care of yourself. Your physical and emotional health come first.

Yeah, mine decided to go out of whack according to my Dr. Taking low dose of meds for it. Am trying to be a bit gluten and dairy free too so maybe that will help. I still get tired though. Caffeine and chocolate is what i like for that. Take care of yourself!

Judy Shea

Dina.. I hear you loud and clear; me too. Hang in there and take care of yourself first.

Bummer, hope you are feeling more peppy soon.

I'm there with you.
Finding a dr of integrative medicine really helped.
ANd yes, cutting out wheat seems to be good your thyroid, and cutting out sugar is good for your hormones.
I hope you you get it all sorted very soon.

This piece speaks to me. I feel her heaviness. It is stunningly beautiful!

Michelle Mathey

Sorry you are so tired but your creativity sure isn't taking a rest. I find this girl's eyes particularly amazing!!

Sue W.

Me too, with the thyroid. Your lady is beautiful in her tired-ness. Hope things improve for you soon. {{{Dina}}}

I am sorry for your sickness. I love your art work. Hope the paintings do you good at least to express emotions.

Maggie Warke

Know the feeling, it's all consuming, I use acupuncture for energy boosts gets me back on track. Feel well again soon, your girl is fab I know that look X

I love how each of your sketches so beautifully and perfectly depict the emotion behind them. Playing catch up after hurricans Sandy left us w/o power for 5 days. The worst part was being so cold-a part of -yes-hypothyroidism. It is amazing just how many women especially have thyroid issues!
