Yes it will. I am trying a gluten free and mostly dairy free diet with green smoothies for breakfast. It seems to be helping. Sadly there is no quick fix. Love your unique style of drawing.

I know the feeling Dina. I'm in the same boat. Take care of yourself. Your physical and emotional health come first.

Yeah, mine decided to go out of whack according to my Dr. Taking low dose of meds for it. Am trying to be a bit gluten and dairy free too so maybe that will help. I still get tired though. Caffeine and chocolate is what i like for that. Take care of yourself!

I'm there with you.
Finding a dr of integrative medicine really helped.
ANd yes, cutting out wheat seems to be good your thyroid, and cutting out sugar is good for your hormones.
Aaaargh.
I hope you you get it all sorted very soon.

I love how each of your sketches so beautifully and perfectly depict the emotion behind them. Playing catch up after hurricans Sandy left us w/o power for 5 days. The worst part was being so cold-a part of -yes-hypothyroidism. It is amazing just how many women especially have thyroid issues!
