I've been cleaning my desk too! Last night I scraped all the paint off the surface of my desk with a razor blade. But that doesn't work on the paint-splattered wall behind my desk... oh well! :)

It is important to make many messes when you're creating! What is more freeing?

I have a quick question for you. I am looking at the Masterful art journaling online class, and I am wondering if you do any demo of face painting over your picture. From the picture, I would assume so, but I wanted to make sure, as I really want to master this one!

Hey - your sewing machine and lamp look like everything else on my desk! My husband makes fun because everything I have is paint splattered. So how long will the clean desk last?

I do love a crafty mess! So glad Julie Kirk (Notes on Paper) directed me to your blog, I love it! After some encouragement I went in my craft room and did an art journal page last night (my first).
